Content Management System

The hosted display management system (DMS) allows you to control all the displays on your account. You can upload images and videos ready to use on your displays. A layout editor allows you to design your own screen layouts of use our design service to do this for you. Your screens can show a static image or video, a playlist of images or videos, a single layout or a campaign of multiple layouts. 

Content Creation Service

Getting your displays to match your brand and look professional can be a challenge. For clients that don’t have their own graphics designers to do this for them or would like a professional to design something for them, we have a Content Creation Service. With this service, we will create the design layouts for each of the screens, with the relevant background designs, and add your logo and other images.

Screen Scheduling

Once you have your content ready you need to schedule events to display the content on the relevant screen. Our systems allows you to create an event and either have this runnign all day or for a specific time of day and repeat this though out the day, each or each week. For each event you choose to show either a simpl image or video, playlist, laout or campaign. You can scedule multiple events at the same time and set the priority. If multiple events have the same prioity the player will cycle through these events. If an event has a higher priority then this event is played instead of the lower prioirty events.

Syncronised Displays

Our DMS allows you to create a sync group containing multiple displays (Androind Player only). You can then create a synchronised event and choose which layout will be shown on each of the displays with the group. This event can be set to run all day or at a specific time slot. Using the event priority, you can display this event in conjunction with other events or overriding them.

Signage Management Service

While our DMS allows you to create and manage your displays, you may not have the time to do this. This is where our signage management service comes in. With this service, you tell us what to do, and we do the rest.

Hardware & Software Players

The supported Android player can be used to connect to any HDMI screen, turning it into a digital signage display. If you have a spare PC, you can use the Windows player to turn any connected display into a digital sign. We also have software players for Android, webOS, and Tizan that can turn a supported display into a digital sign. No matter which of these options you choose, they can all be managed and updated via the DMS.

Helpdesk

Each installation of the CMS comes with a support subscription to help you use the CMS. We have help documentation available via our support website. Submit a helpdesk ticket to our support systems or give us a call.

What can you display?

How is content updated?

Content for each display is updated via the internet. The player on the display checks the sever at regular intervals for updates to the playback schedule and content. These are then downloaded in the background and the player starts to play these once ready.

Player Licences

We have players available for Android, Tizan OS, WebOS, Windows and Linux. The Android, Tizan and WebOS players all require a licence per display. These licences cover a single major release of the system, minor updates to the player will be deliveryed over internet.

These players check for a valid licence every 30 days and therefore require internet access.

Can I resell your service?

No. The contract for our service and the supply of player licences needs to be directly between us and the end user of the service. We are therefore not able to allow you to buy our service and then resell it to your customers.

However you can get any business to purchase our DMS directly from us and then you supply and support any hardware or manage the screens for them.

What do you need?

If your display is a supported Internet enabled display, then all you need is our player and a software licence for that player. If your display is not internet enabled, then you will need one of our android boxes with the player software and a licence. These displays/boxes then need to be connected to our cloud software system with an account and subscription based on the number of displays.

Continued Internet access is then required for the cloud service to manage the players and for the licence to be periodically verified with the licencing server.
