Payment Providers
To take payments online you will need an account with a supported Payment Provider. These providers take the details of the order placed, take the payment from the customer, and then notify our system that the payment has been made so that the order can be completed. To accept card payments, you need to be PCI compliant. By using a third-party payment service in this way most of the PCI compliance requirements are handled by that service.
There are many different e-commerce software systems available, each supporting different payment providers. For Isle of Man based businesses this can be an issue as many of the big international payment providers don't accept Isle of Man based business customers. Most will support PayPal but you will also need a VISA & Mastercard approved Payment Provider for those customers who do not wish to pay by PayPal.

Our monthly subscription fee includes email and telephone support for you with issues around how to use our service. We will also investigate any technical issues you may be having with the service. If you wish us to do something with the service on your behalf, then this will be charged at our normal rates.
